Membership Information

 

Winter Membership Available Following the success of last year's initiative, we are delighted to offer Winter Membership for just £125. This will allow access to the golf course and all Club facilities between 1st October 2011 and 31st March 2012. In April 2011, most winter members took the opportunity to upgrade to Full , Five Day or Country Membership and we are pleased to repeat that opportunity this winter. Anyone choosing to upgrade will have their Winter Membership fee of £125 set against the membership fee for the main category of membership they choose.


Fees for 2012 have been set as follows:

Gents Full £495 + £11 dues* £506 payable
Ladies Full: £495 + £11 dues* £506 payable
Senior Gent: £384 + £11 dues* £395 payable
Senior Lady: £384 + £11 dues* £395 payable
Gents 5-day: £384 + £11 dues* £395 payable
Ladies 5-day: £384 + £11 dues* £395 payable
Gents Country: £247 + £11 dues* £258 payable
Ladies Country: £247 + £11 dues* £258 payable
Gents U-30 at 1/1/2012: £371 + £11 dues* £382 payable
Ladies U-30 at 1/1/2012: £371 + £11 dues* £382 payable
Gents U-21 at 1/1/2012: £247 + £11 dues* £258 payable
Ladies U-21 at 1/1/2012: £247 + £11 dues* £258 payable

Payment of fees
Fees cover the calendar year (or such part of the calendar year as remains from the date of joining). Fees are due on 1 January each year and must be paid in full no later than 31 January each year, unless an alternative arrangement for payment of fees has been made with the Management Committee.

Payment by direct debit
The only alternative arrangement currently in operation with the Management Committee’s approval is for payment of fees to be made by Direct Debit. The Direct Debit payment scheme usually operates in the following way:

  • The member completes and submits the Direct Debit mandate form to the Finance Convenor;
  • Monthly payments are taken on the first working day of each month;
  • The monthly payments start in July prior to the membership year and finish in June of the membership year (for example, for 2013 fees, payments will be taken from July 2012 through to June 2013).
